Tumblr CEO, Mr. David Karp stated at the F.ounders event about the upcoming iPhone app for the popular blogging platform.
Tumblr has already an iPhone app but this new update is expected to bring enhanced features and considerable improvements.Most of the updates will be focused on the mobile platform.
Mr. Karp said,
"I’m incredibly proud of our Android development today, I think that app is worlds beyond a lot of the stuff going on on that platform today, and I think its an incredible representation of Tumblr.”
Rumors suggest that Tumblr aims to pretty much copy all the successful features that worked on the Android platform over to the iPhone application.
